KPIs they need to include at some stage:
* Actual units ordered;
* Repeat units ordered.
Like how Coles and Woolies report on same store sales and sales generated by increased stores. Wouldnt initial orders involve surgeries undertaking a reconnaissance type mission? Try before they really buy?
