You are currently standing in front of a large bulldozer ploughing LYC into the market to buy back cheaper from underwriting of the SPP, or the $10 million placement.

Don't punish yourself more ...
The most prudent position is to wait for that period closer to when the price is set (May 21 - May 26 I think)

If you won't have picked the bottom then, you will still be very, very close .... and the shares at that time are more likely to have at least returned back to an uptrend.
