1.If you dont own property you are poor and will be condemned to a life of poverty and renting 2.If you dont own property you have no cash, no business, and no future 3.If you own blue chip stocks you must contribute to them on hotcopper to verify you own them 4.If you own spec stocks that fall in value you are an epic failure and cannot discuss any other investment class 5.If you state any fact that debunks the property myths on here you are a fraud, a liar, and your wife doesnt like you 6.If there is even a hint that despite the above you are actually successful, you will be stalked relentlessly 7.Regardless if China rises or falls, Australian property will boom as a result 8.If interest rates go back to normal apparently rents just go up, one of my favourites 9.Australia has a shortage of land to build houses, my second favourite 10. But the best yet - property always doubles every 8-10yrs guaranteed, but it might not in the next 10yrs.
