My personal favorite is the land shortage argument (Have any of these people ever seen a map of Australia? Have they noticed that Japan is about the same size as our state of Victoria, but has 5 times the population of the whole of Australia, yet Japan has recently seen over a decade long bear market in Property)
Come on people - research beyond what the banks "advise" you (the banks are not your friends trying to help you get rich... hahaha)
