No secret. Just find an investment that used to return what property did from the 1990's to mid 2000's and buy as many as the bank will let you.

You will find most of the bulls missed that boat and now sit here crying about how property used to double every 7 years, or in my case 4 years.

You have no doubt seen the pattern that the bulls play the man and not the ball. That's because they have yet to make some coin out of it.
