Yes Surandy,warranted is the key word there....Everyone seems happy to believe wharf could build a gas plant in Australia on 3rd world country rates with all the rules,regulations,environmental and government and safety hurdles in front of them.....I certainly don't.....They didn't have the brass to pay their way and took the easy way out...
They withdrew,no-one forced them out.
