The China stop using coal scaremongering has been around for years
Production has doubled since the 90's there
In 2011 they produced 3.47Bn tonnes which dwarfs us
The Chinese aren't producing it cheaper than our majors, so that floor price isn't staying here for long
The same comments were throwing around calling I/O to $50/t and gold to $1100/oz
