    I wont be!

This company has been on a downward spiral since the PFS bungle.

I was smart enough to sell out post the 6 month suspension (albeit at an epic loss) and then stupid enough to buy back in.

I would love to hear from any longterm holders who feel comfortable with how things have played out. Any longterm holders would have either epic paper loses or real if they have sold.

Simple fact is management have brought in WEG (apparently there were several suitors when the JV was selected) and since then it has been all pain with SH's copping it in the neck again and again.

I have lost all confidence management and their ability to control the project/WEG. To me it seems WEG have run riot and management simply havent been able to keep them in line. To rub salt into the wounds we get to now pay them out. Add to that managements attempt at punting WEG and how this latest little right issue has been handled speaks volumes to me. I just cant believe performance rights were issued!

So we see a market cap of $16m really says it all.

True believers consistently touted good buying at 7c, 8c, 9c, 10c so is it now good buying at 3.9c?

I think if one is simply taking up their rights for options think long and hard. The performance of PLV along with the price chart would make for compelling reasons to leave it alone.

Finally if you think WEG will play nice on the proposed buy out look at past behaviours. Reckon you will be seeing some serious speed humps and questionable tactics along the way. After 6 months in a TH to boot them you really think they would have some water tight agreements around the JV performance – seems they don’t given the current plan. WTF.

To me since our trusty JV selection we have gone from critical to life support.Good money after bad comes to mind with this share.

The only thing it has going for it is the SP is so crap its not really worth selling so into the bottom draw. I wonder why we never saw director buying prior to the last TH??

So whilst you may have faith in the resource held do you have faith in management and our current partner to translate this into gains for SH’s. Cant say I do! When with PLV has there been a consistent increase in SP – many years ago and its trend since has been the exact opposite.
