anyone notice the following statement in the April 28th announcement?

"Separately, Pluton is also pleased to note that further to its announcement on 16 April 2014 with respect to the
signing of a letter agreement with Wise Energy Group Limited (Wise), that it has instructed its lawyers to prepare
the necessary sale documentation to effect the acquisition by Pluton of Wise’s 50% joint venture interest in the
Cockatoo Island Project."

its a bit early no? we have till october 2014.. surely this isn't a 6 month process..
