According to substantial holding notices, it is Opara that is selling. In the last couple of months alone he has dumped 4,245,000 shares. His holdings fell from 13,726,000 to 9,481,000... his intentions are clearly to sell, and he still has almost two thirds of his bundle left... thats the way i see it anyway.
