re: Ann: App 3Y - Change of Director's In... R15, always good to have a plan and entry/exit strategy. Good luck whatever you do. At the moment the use of a strategic watchlist and patience is imo the best use of time and money. Market is crap and low liquidity is driving prices down across the board. Those s/h's in any coy who dtor with cash, patience and planning should be well positioned in the new fin/year.

Drivers for movement here:
- More detail forward plan from company
- Strategic Position taken by a larger investor
- More stock based discussion on HC and peer coy holders doing some benchmarking.

As the above may not be forthcoming in the short term I don't expect anything different and if SP drifts I would see as a buying opportunity for mid/long term growth when O&G sentiment improves.

Despite what you may read here I believe mgt are managing the company well and have positioned us in what may turn out to be a developing growth area in the US. News is wasted on this mkt anyway, most watch the unconventional but many large independents are positioning in Louisiana in the deeper 15-30,000ft. You will see this in the sonris permit approvals.

I stumbled on PSA recently (stk held) it like GGE has interests in this area and good connections to the main players. Watching both now for the same reason and that is one day more people will be watching this area. It's a theory in development!
