You ask why costs were lower in Q2 than Q1. If you knew anything about Lynas from last year you'd know that in Q1 they were busy replacing pipes, pumps and God knows what else from their basic design stuff up.
I've never denied that costs are coming down. All I have done is to state that in Q3 they lost money on every extra kg they produced over and above Q2's production. You can't deny that (OK you ARE denying that, because you don't like it) nor can you deny that cost/kg is still very high.
