I think AOK is allowed 7 seats and their agreement with Ptolemy gives Ptolemy 3 seats. They currently have 2 seats (the 2 Stones).

Previous announcement said something about changing the constitution. I would not be surprised if this was to increase board seats to 8 - that way Ptolemy get their 3 seats without any of the current crop having to resign. It would also be more representative of their share holding %age wise.

Some serious experience on the board with skin in the game is generally a good thing. Any money from the gravy train (salaries) is peanuts to these guys compared to what they can get through raising the share price.
