thanks ejd, I will need do a bit more reading on spouse splitting.
if I was to put in 40k combined employer contribution and salary sacrifice next year, would it allow me to stay under my limit (30K) next year if I split 15K off to my wife?
articles seem to hint at this but don't say so specifically.
