well pointed out Surat. I recall hearing that the rebuilding of Christchurch is estimated at 40 billion. The debt Labour left us would have 'rebuilt' FIFTEEN cities. Lapdog talks about 'infrastructure' ... WHAT infrastructure? Nothing has changed in Melbourne.... So that's approx. 600 new hospitals that COULD have been built with the money. WHERE has it all gone?
