Supersnail, what you accuse Rowan of at Integra never happened. I do not know of where your information came but it is untrue. You should be very careful of accusing someone of anything without any basis in fact. I believe the Hotcopper defamation guide was introduced to educate posters that unsubstantiated accusations should not be made on HotCopper and that there are potentially legal consequences for doing so.

I have no knowledge of the circumstances around MYG, other than what every exploration / mining company investors knows - that it has been a very crappy market BUT I do know a lot about what Rowan did at Integra. It is part of the public record that he built a process facility on-time and under budget.

Your accusations regarding "economic stockpiles that turned out to be waste" did not happen at Integra. As I recall, the stockpiles built up during the mining of the Salt Creek deposit performed very well against grade expectations and the variance of grade performance of that deposit against the Ore Reserve model was excellent at within 1% - almost unheard of.

If later, after the SLR takeover of IGR, there was a reclassification of some stockpile from low-grade to 'not economic to process', it is more likely that that was done so on the basis of a $300 decrease in the gold price rather than the gold not being there. The economic cut-off grade is a function of the cost to process vs the return you will achieve and clearly, the economic cut-off grade changes inversely to the gold price. Gold price goes up, economic cut-off grade goes down and visa-versa.

So be very careful of what you accuse someone of and the damage you may be doing to their professional reputation without any real facts. The proper thing to do would be to call him up and talk to him, at least that way he gets an opportunity to respond to unfounded accusations.
