I am not an authority on God, just a simple sinner, but most probably yes it is all Gods work. All the more reason to fear him.
I am an authority on God & not a sinner. It is not all God's work. The natural physical world is the work of nature & the mental world is the work of the mind & its views & thoughts. All the more reason to fear harmful views when they manifest in our mind.
What is to fear is the ignorance & misunderstanding of the mind.
