I watched the program on ABC tonight and next week I will open a new acct with another bank and transfer my funds away from CBA .
1.5 compliance officers to check on all their financial advisers shows their true motive . The fact all those storm financial customers got dudded as well proves the endemic problems with the CBA runs very deep .
I have only had a few small problems over the years and must admit my local branch manager and lead staff have been fantastic but I was very concerned / troubled when they kept ringing me and asking why don't I open an x acct . I asked them if it meant by opening the x acct does it mean they can then use my money for other purposes and to Her credit she said yes . But it obviously meant she would earn commissions out of it which I wasn't aware .
