Fair and balanced post Towie0. And as you know, I am part of the 3rd group (since March 2013 when I first posted). I admit I do NOT have any new news, only the same old questions - but that is all part of "where I am coming from". I know you mentioned the 7 year mine thing and that you consider AVB is only in year 4 on the time line...and that is fair enough.

I, however look at it from the other perspective and the longer this drags out - well, it only adds to my "same old" argument and "same old" questions. No new news from me...but the increasingly tedious time delays to things like bedding down finance only adds weight to my scepticism.

But...that is just my opinion. I respect yours & people like KKs viewpoint also. Its why I don't bang on about my point of view every week - its well known here on the forum.

Time will reveal all.
