Thanks Neo & TDA for the responses. I have a better (but still rather superficial) background understanding of what is going on.

Simply put, for a multitude of considerations, Alchemia has chosen the path of the FOLFIRI regimen in preference to other IRI (combination) regimens in attempt to demonstrate the efficacy of IRI plus HA. For the sake of shareholders (which both of you appear not to be atm) let's HOPE that this decision has been a wise one. More importantly, if HA does,in reality, have efficacy for some forms of cancer treatment, let's PRAY that it has been a wise one.

We are looking for 6 weeks minimum PFS experimental over control. With no data lock as yet a figure of 13 months has been floated - surely too good to be true. But, taking into account the various analyses that have been put forward on this forum over the past six months or so, it seems to me a pretty good bet that the 6 week PFS will be well and truely exceeded. (This is notwithstanding the possibility of one or more left field confounding possibilities.)

If this turns out to be the case it must represent an excellent platform for future positive developments and an initial SP rerate.
