Some very good and valid points people and Coop i am struggling to find new info myself too.
As a type of Devils Advocate i look for the bad in every Investment.

I concur that the Fundamentals of the World Markets and the potential for disaster to strike in Brazil, however Brazil has been built that way for 100's of years and a little like lottery what might or could happen over there.

The Buy/Sell side can easily be stacked by bigger and more serious players i personally do not look at that ratio as relevant at this time. Perhaps come July and w have all the info out then definately yes.

You will frustrate yourself if you concentrate on the SP daily and tune in 20 times a day to check it since it is absolutely going know where!

All the chit chat about SP is 100% waste of time until you see the 3 ann's that AVB must secure, until that day nothing is going to happen.

When those 3 ANN's come in good or bad then we can logically expect SP movement but not until then. Especially when AVB has such low Volume daily/weekly traded shares.

Frustrating & lengthy process i agree but hey 4 years in and at least AVB now have FIN at thier finger tips remember 12 mths ago we might have gone broke.

Dilution of shares - yes but it had to happen or go broke.
The 1.4B shares on issue is a concern for me and definately see the potential down the track to reduce that at 5:1 BUT only going to be a issue "If we get a Mine up and going".
Or perhaps if AVB need to raise more coin later on and then re-dilute.

I also think the Board might play this out right down to the wire late June as is their new strategy to get everything just right and ANN's written up perfectly so nothing goes wrong. I consider that more assuring than throwing info out there & the TH yes also a wee bit annoying but thats life isnt it.

This might be AVB's last roll of the dice remember if anything goes wrong or the Board stuffs something up its lights out and back to 2 cents.....All IMO of course and there are plenty of varying opinions which is good.

Tune out in May people SFA will happen IMO the Board will wait for June to get the puzzle together.

So i am off up Cape York in a few days to go fishing blokes and dodge crocs.
