As all these arguments and comments are all hypothetical. Lets say CAZ get the nod from Carpenter. And as you say RIO take to court on what basis / act / precedent I have no idea. CAZ win the court action as well. Will CAZ then be entitled costs associated with delays and all legal and court cost.
