Looks like the accountant was auditing the superfund where the shares were held and said "hey, Hocking what the hell have you done ? You can't have such a large portion of your super held in a high risk 2 cent biotech stock. Also,you have to get it out of their into your own name before the budget' released tomorrow and before the gov't possibly changes the capital gain tax rules."
