re: Ann: Jacka completes US$12 million farmou... This is encouraging and will put the company in a stronger position to leverage their Nigerian asset. It will give them the option to fund the asset through to a higher point of the value curve, or should they choose to sell, to extract a higher price as they are no longer a distressed seller.

Re: Tunisia, the results have been inconclusive, the asset almost broke the company. Therefore new management must make a robust case as to why the company should continue to spend money on it. It is illogical, and unacceptable, that some are posting that they expect the shares to start trading at a discount to the value of the cash plus assets when the shares relist.

We, as shareholders, own this company. Management are there to serve our interests and to create value with an acceptable risk/reward profile. So far we have not been given anything close to a sound justification for spending further on Tunisia. I look forward to the case being presented.

I would like to see the shares trading closer to 10c when they relist because the Nigerian asset should be valued at least in line with the amount paid by Jacka originally, ie USD16m if I recall, given we now have partner alignment. In time it can be worth much more.

If we can be given a robust and detailed case for Tunisia, then the shares should move higher still.
