How do I as a shareholder know whether "deferred negotiations" are still deferred today, next week, next month???????

Will we hear nothing till we get a signed deal??

Any thoughts appreciated??? I am just not familiar with the term "deferred negotiations"

I would have liked to know WHY they were deferred, which assets tenements they involved, who negotiations are with, who decided to defer the negotiations????

Is it for a JV deal
Is it for a sale agreement
When is it deferred till????????
