    Fact - The announcement that the Sale Agreement had been signed and that $15m was expected was released to the ASX on February 19. The month of February saw the share price trade between 10 cents and 16 cents BEFORE the information regarding the $15m was in the market......

    IMO the SP is trading at an artificially LOW share price because the money is yet to eventuate.
