    Your fact is correct the sp did go from 10 c to 16 c before the Sale of Balkan asset for $15 m was announced on the 19 Feb

    The week before on the 10 Feb BMB got a speeding ticket and responded to ASX high price and volumn query by saying they know of nothing.

    In hindsight it seemed to be bollocks - the news to the insiders was out. Yet another flaw in BMB
