re: 618 japan nnouncement mauritania for its oil Japan is actively seeking involvment all round the world in Oils assets. They are close to completing deals in PNG which will use OSH oil and gas and possibly a gas to liquids plant as well. Possible PNG gas terminal for CNG shipments. They are definately trying to diversfy their supply and guarantee consistant supply by managing infustructure as well. All this seems to be done from a Govt level down with great govt support through the process. Seems there is very long lead times particularly with Sunrise and PNF gas possible projects.
