    so 120K BBLS first year plus 60K BBLS second year would only give a sum of 180K BBLS,
    At $45.00 net back on the 180K BBLS that is $8.1M which equates to around the well cost.
    A 2 year payback with only 116K BBls or $5.3M net over the next 4 years does not seem too enticing
