Can I ask how many strips UBI currently sells?

Based on this calc diff:
1) @1cent per strip, 750m strips =$7.5m
2) @1.25 cents for first 600m strips =$7.5m
@0.8cents for remaining 150m strips=$1.2m

So what's the big fuss?

Under the new terms, if ubi sells 750m strips, then we get $7.5 + $1.2 =$8.7m instead of the $7.5m.

I don't agree s/h should have been misled but I don't see the rationale for a big sell off. Quick check based on cash at bank against shares = .19 per share not taking into account the quarterly cash flows. I haven't looked at the options and their exercise price but assume it's not going to get exercised given we sp at lowest levels.

Am I missing something?
