I haven't followed any stock before as much as ADO, nor cared as much.

But do many other stocks have as many "games" being played with pre-open and during trade by bots ?

Lots of buys/sells for very similar amounts by 1 share difference

EG
Buy 18257 at 0.18
Sell 18258 at 0.175

Also lots of big buy orders at pre-open and then pulled minutes before 10am (I can see the reason for these ones)

It has been going on for months now, and I fail to see the real point of it.

0.05 isn't going to cause a flurry of people to sell/stop-losses etc.... IMO
