Trading and Settlement Arrangements If you accept the LEI takeover offer and wish to sell the remaining 5 out of 8 units, a deferred settlement “Ex Offer” market has been established under the ASX Code: LEIE. This market should only be used by shareholders who have accepted the offer or traders looking to purchase LEIE on an “Ex Offer” basis.
LEIE trading will continue for the duration of the HOCHTIEF proportional bid. Settlement of trades conducted in LEIE will be deferred until the offer is closed. As a result, for any trades placed for LEIE, settlement will be on Thursday, 22 May 2014.
