They need a trading halt so that all shareholders have time to read the judgement and then decide whether to bail, hold or buy. Without one, some will have an unfair advantage depending on how fast they receive the news. The SP move tommorrow will let us know the result long before the Judge finishes speaking.
VMS should have requested a trading halt as soon as they were notified of the judgement being handed down tomorrow.
