So there is a lot of talk about "corruption" in NSW at the moment.
All sides of politics are supposed to be in the spotlight but hang on a second, what about minority interests infiltrating and/or influencing positions of power???
In regards to this latest drama in our Metgasco investment, you have to wonder why the NSW Coal Seam Gas department has jurisdiction over this conventional exploration well?
You then have to wonder why, if there were any breaches of the approval, why Metgasco was not given the chance to privately respond to questions pertaining to this approval before it was announced publicly?
Metgasco has been judged, tried and executed in public before given the chance to clarify any questions from this department.
We are talking "witch-hunt" style law here! How can this happen in "modern Australia"?
