Company tax cut mentioned in budget, but not in detailed estimates, likewise parental leave and the big biz levy.
As for the debt levy on high income earners = imputed tax credit.
Standard & Poor's says ratings and outlook for Australian Govt (AAA/Stable/A-1+) are not immediately affected by the budget - where is the 'fiscal responsibility'?
