    So how can a negotiated outcome happen.

    No matter what contract the BBros sign they more than likely, renege on them.

    Lets say the BBros agree to give AGS 500m or 1b to drop the Court procedeings on June 30th.

    Will AGS ever see the money?

    Theres only one way this gets sorted imo

    Unless they deliver Cash.! lol
