    Here, let me help you get a little grip on reality that may require some deeper thinking than you currently seem to get from the tabloids.

    FHB'ers over last decade have averaged around 16-17%, currently 14%.
    Biggest reason was pull forward incentives offered by major states. (see the big spike in graph SB - quite abnormal)
