It all seems pretty gutless to me, but go for it if it helps you sleep at night.
It obvious you missed the glory days of property, the bitterness, the resentment, the hatred says it all ... but seriously ... taking it out on me because I did well out of it won't change your current position.
You can all keep massaging each others egos pretending the party isn't over, and that property investors are still the high rollers they once were, but you are fooling nobody, including the RBA.
Fact remains that property is about to experience the greatest rebalancing I have ever seen in my lifetime.
