ROFL Scotty, myself living in a property I paid under $40k for now worth close to $600k.
Others like Sector, Forged and Malag seem to be well ahead and comfortable and I dare say would still be even if property prices dropped.
If anything I think it is you Scotty that has bitterness and resentment from missing the glory days, or maybe just copping flack from your wife being stuck in a rental property.
