    Hi moorookamick

Must admit I am a big fan of the augmented bond rate which applies to the PRRT. I haven't really studied the MRRT but I am of the understanding the MRRT is modelled from the PRRT. I personally am all for a progressive tax system rather than a regressive system. And to date haven't seen an argument to sway me another way.
Keating introduced the PRRT back in the 80s on offshore only. Safe to say that it hasn't crippled the energy sector so cant see why a MRRT wont work. Well that being said as long as you can get rid of the state royalty
