It was an interesting comment from the oncologist.
Firstly, it's good that oncologists are aware of sirt at all.
But remember there is a traditional divide between oncologists and medical radiotherapists.
Sirt is quite disruptive technology.
This innovation is delivered by interventional radiologists.
Be aware, neither the oncologists nor the radiotherapists will earn income from the application. Interventional radiologists will. That's one reason why higher standards of evidence will apply.
