In this day and age, signal from Mars reaches Earth in about 10 secs.....with the use of smart phones and roaming capability being unaware of what happened and not responding to immediately is a CRIME.

The company secretary is the one in charge who could override directors in-absentia and reason out directors travelling and notify that an Ann be made at such a time......have they packed the whole office or what?

It cannot be a hoax, in all probability they had interaction with Masafin at some point that didn't go through. I think they were duped by Masafin they are embarrassed to state that as a fact.......or they conned investors using Masafin (without their consent) when there was no funding in place?

Again if it was bogus deal why go on record and put that in their Ann? Something doesn't add up!!!!!
