jaded, of course there will always be individual loving circumstances that warrant implementation in times of need. I have no problem with this.
However, governments have a duty of care for the "common " good. I began this thread because of what looks to be the Australian obsession with gay marriage and the natural progression to the "right" to have a family . I believe Australians havent thought this through. It is good that we love all people but to will a child into a marriage without a mother and father takes away the right of a child as I have expressed before.
There needs to be open debate on this topic, not outrage by gay lobby.
