richard21 , as stated before the populous can always build a case for extenuating circumstances as a pro or con for any particualr arguement. However common law is for the common good . This includes children. People need to be protected from themselves in this messy world unfortaunately.
Whereu, I am not after people to agree with me and I never put one group in a particular basket. This would be unintelligent. I merely believe Australia needs an unemotional debate .
