Actually, RC's first tranche of options have an exercise price of 47.5c BUT the vesting hurdle is 75c and will be expiring sometime in 2015. So yes there is an urgency for him to do everything in his power to get us there. His first failure will be not getting his fist tranche options over the money. The only thing he has no control on is the geology.
