    Here's a more likely scenario.

    Couldnt get finance 2 years ago and nothing has changed re: coal since then.

    Wont get finance in june 14 why would a bank give you money now when fundamentals havent changed???

    sp will be 10c very soon.

    I think the board will be considering employment optiond after 5 years of nothing...
