Giddyrid - that might be a good question to ask Miles. I'd say that they will be drilling Se251 first, and then Se248 and Se046 after the river subsides. Bear in mind that LOM has various bridges in-place across the Cacuilo River, but they may need repairing due to the intensity of last season's southern monsoon.
To tell you the honest truth, I think that the delay in the kimbo licence is having more of an effect on kimberlite drilling than the level of the river, but that's only my opinion.
