Gawd Hamish just showed Uncle Scotty his cards....
He's given Uncle Scotty more incentive to lodge an appeal against the appeal in 20 days time by letting him know VMS can't access the cash facility until the 21 days is up.
Even if he knows his appeal is without merit he knows if he lodges it, VMS doesn't have the funding to go ahead until it gets thrown out at a prelim hearing. Also given that STT, if they can't wiggle out of paying costs has nothing to lose by lodging said meritless appeal as they are already going to have to declare bankruptcy. More bills they can't pay isn't going to bother him.
