Sector, Scotty is suffering a bit of remorse so bagging property to justify missing out.
Funny thing I find with Scotty and others is predicting us property owners will suffer in a property down turn, not sure about you but even at the worse of their predictions I have very little debt and as every thing else would fall with property my position doesn't change all that much relatively speaking.
In fact if property goes down the banks would be hit harder
