NTU still quoting FOB prices for a HREO mix that will require further downstream processing just to become a product that can be used by MSC companies never mind end users. No value add there and the selling price of that HREO mix will reflect that. Hmm, who has the ability and capacity to process a HREO mix into seperated HREO for use by MSC customers? That would be China.
Talk about fantasy...
